Guess the score. Never say it.

A secret score from 0 to 10. Everyone answers their own prompt with that score in mind. The guesser listens, then takes a shot.

One rule, four beats

The phone leads. The table plays.

  1. 1

    One player closes their eyes.

    They become this round’s guesser.

  2. 2

    The others see the score.

It shows under a fingertip and is never said out loud.

  3. 3

    Everyone answers a prompt.

In one word or as a scene, with the same score in mind.

  4. 4

    The guesser picks a score.

The closer they get, the more they score.

The secret score card flipped over, showing 10 out of ten

The secret score

It only shows under a finger.

The card flips while you hold it and closes as soon as you let go. The guesser can open their eyes: nothing is left on screen.

A prompt for each

Two prompts. One score.

Each player gets a different card. A household chore at 10 out of 10, a dinner with three celebrities, a picnic: that’s where the arguments start.

The verdict: the guess 10, the real score 10, plus five points, spot on

The verdict

Spot on? Five points.

The screen takes the colour of the result before you even read the word. Everyone guesses once per game, and the ranking lands at the end.

FAQ

Everything people ask before the first game.

Is the game free?

Yes. The game and its five base themes are free, with ads. Hot mode is a one-time purchase that adds its theme and removes all ads.

How many can play?

2 to 10 players, on a single iPhone or iPad passed from hand to hand. Nobody else needs to install anything.

Do I need an internet connection?

Not to play: every card is inside the app.

How long is a game?

A game is one lap of the table: everyone guesses once. You choose one, two or three cards per player, for shorter or longer rounds.

Can we play as a family?

Yes. Pick the themes for your table; Hot mode is meant for adults.

Which languages can you play in?

50 of them, from Japanese to Brazilian Portuguese. The cards aren’t translated word for word: each country gets its own holidays, dishes and sports.

Is it on Android?

Not for now: Le jeu de la note is available on iPhone and iPad.

Who reads minds best?

One phone, no account, type the names and go. Available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
